Really bad customer service

No issue with the product, but my wife didn't like it. After a busy Christmas period, I got back to request a return. Was met with a 'strict' no returns policy after 30 days. Would have expected a more reasonable approach to this. Thought I was buying from a responsible company. Not good enough these days.

Super comfy & practical

Super comfy all year round. Warm in winter but not too hot in summer. Love that it dries fast and folds up nicely so it doesn’t take up too much room in the beach bag.

Poncho win

The golden hour changing beach poncho is super comfy. I really like the way the material feels against my skin! The secure pocket with a zip for my keys at the front is very handy and I also think the handholder on the inside is quite jazzy. The only thing that would make this better is if it had super secret chest access for breast feeding!

Honestly, I used it for the first time today to change out of my bathers while standing in the middle of a crowded place and I've never felt more secure. Such a win
